Lunch & Learn
A focused 90-minute session, solving one real problem, the easiest way to experience this work firsthand.
What it is
A useful session your team walks away from having solved something real, and a low-commitment way to see what deeper work looks like, before committing to anything bigger.
Despite the name, it doesn't have to be at lunch, this works equally well as a morning session, a slot within a larger offsite, or a stand-alone team gathering.
Pick a topic, or we'll build one for your team:
Five leadership keys to make sure your changes actually stick
Three ways to support your top performers when you promote them
How to break the performance ceiling, why your best people stop getting better
Four conversations every leader avoids (and how to have them)
What This Looks Like in Practice
A team walks in mid-afternoon, expecting another session to sit through.
Ninety minutes later, they've named something they'd all been feeling but never said out loud, and they leave with one thing they can genuinely use the next day, not a folder of slides nobody opens again.
How It Works
Every engagement starts with a chemistry meeting and a briefing with the sponsor, so everyone's aligned on what needs to change before a single coaching hour begins.
From there, we work toward two or three clear goals, grounded in assessment and depending on scope, direct stakeholder input from the people around the leader.
Coaching runs one-on-one, over six to twelve months, with progress reported back to the business at agreed points rather than left to guesswork.
What’s Included:
Includes:
A pre-session conversation to tailor the content to your team's actual context
A 90-minute interactive session, not a lecture
One usable tool or framework your team can apply immediately
A practical takeaway to keep working with afterward
A clear, low-pressure next step, if your team wants to go further
Why It's a Smart First Step
If you're not ready for a full engagement, this is the lowest-risk way to find out whether the fit is right for your team, and for the work ahead.
