Executive Coaching
For leaders carrying real pressure, the newly promoted, the stretched, the senior person with no one to think out loud with.
Is this you?
Your best individual performer becomes a manager with no training for the actual job.
They're still delivering, so nobody checks in, until the day they resign, and you're the last to find out why.
A leadership team full of talent, but can't execute on what you’ve promised.
Somewhere in your organisation right now, someone capable is carrying more than they should be carrying alone.
This is who I work with:
A strong performer promoted into leadership without the training to match
A high performer going unnoticed, disengaging, or at risk of leaving
A leader without a confidential space to think, unwilling to show anything less than certainty
Someone stepping into a bigger role and needing to close the gap fast
What Changes
Leaders who lead their people well, not just perform individually
Sustainable performance, without burning out to sustain it
Sharper decisions under pressure, because they're no longer carrying it all alone
A leader who stops being the ceiling on their own team's output
What this looks like in practice
For the leader
A newly promoted manager stops leading by trial and error. Six months in, they're delegating instead of absorbing everything themselves, having the feedback conversations they used to avoid, and their team's own engagement has visibly shifted, because it's no longer running entirely on the leader's energy.
For the organisation
A senior leader who was quietly at risk of leaving re-engages, not because anything external changed, but because they finally had space to think clearly under real pressure. The cost of losing them, and re-hiring at a premium, never eventuates.
How It Works
Every engagement starts with a chemistry meeting and a briefing with the sponsor, so everyone's aligned on what needs to change before a single coaching hour begins.
From there, we work toward two or three clear goals, grounded in assessment and depending on scope, direct stakeholder input from the people around the leader.
Coaching runs one-on-one, over six to twelve months, with progress reported back to the business at agreed points rather than left to guesswork.
Three Ways to Work Together
Foundation
For a leader who needs focused support, fast.
A 6-month engagement built for one clear priority, moving a leader through a specific transition or challenge.
Includes:
Individual assessment to establish where the leader is starting from
10 hours of coaching, deployed flexibly across the engagement
1 alignment session with the leader's manager, so the organisation stays informed
A development plan and reflective learning journal
A closing summary for the sponsor
Core
For a leader whose challenge involves the people around them.
6 months, with direct input from the leader's stakeholders, so coaching is grounded in how they're actually showing up, not just self-report.
Includes:
Everything in Foundation, plus:
A fuller assessment suite, including 360 or EQ input
Stakeholder interviews with up to 6 people around the leader
Extended coaching hours
A mid-point progress report to the sponsor
Executive
For senior leaders navigating sustained, high-stakes change.
A full 12-month partnership, the depth to work through complexity, with the business kept informed at every stage.
Includes:
Everything in Core, plus:
Extended coaching hours across the full year
3 alignment sessions, start, middle and end
Quarterly reporting to the sponsor
Baseline-to-end re-measurement against the original assessment
An end-of-engagement outcomes report
What Stays Confidential
Coaching only works if the leader trusts the room. What's discussed in sessions stays between us. What the organisation sees is agreed upfront, development goals, progress at a high level, and outcomes, never the detail of what's said. That boundary is set in the very first briefing.
Why It Holds
Coaching only produces change if the insight from the session survives contact with the leader's actual week. Every engagement is built around a development plan and reflective learning journal, so progress is tracked, applied, and visible to the sponsor who's investing in it.

Made me a better coach.
"I worked with Evan in a coaching and mentoring capacity in 2019 and recently re-enlisted his services on a 6-month coaching contract. As a coach, it is critical for me to continue to receive coaching to develop myself and Evan is well experienced and well positioned to provide this type of coaching. What attracted me to Evan’s coaching services is his authentic, no-nonsense style. Evan has a natural ability to get to the heart of the issue. Upon completion of the 6-month coaching contract, I find myself to be more effective at problem solving and a better coach. Highly recommend."

Evan has been the guiding force behind the growth of my confidence and leadership skills, culminating in me landing a new role and progressing into the next chapter of my career.
He challenged me to be inquisitive about my upbringing and the motivations behind my goals, and tailored tools and strategies to navigate both personal and professional challenges. His guidance played a crucial role in my mindset growth and has set me on a path to realise my potential.”

Better, personally and professionally.
"I recommend Evan as a great coach. His warm and engaging approach with clear techniques enabled me to identify the personal barriers that were affecting the way i was addressing some issues at work. Evan guided me through a process that challenged me to identify and acknowledge some beliefs that were impacting my capacity to reach my true potential. I am now in a much better place both personally and professionally thanks to the work i have done with Evans skilful guidance and support."
