Meet Your Facilitator

Evan Spargo is a Master Certified Coach (MCC). A credential held by fewer than 4% of coaches worldwide, with over 2,500 hours of professional coaching experience. He’s worked with high-performing men, business owners, athletes, and leaders around the world, helping them move from silent pressure and emotional suppression to embodied confidence, inner peace, and relational strength.

Before coaching, Evan competed as an international level athlete, and has spent the past 5 years mastering the emotional, physical, and psychological territory of modern masculinity.

He’s not just experienced, he’s trained, certified, and trauma-aware.

His formal training includes:

 FAQs

  • No. You don’t need prior experience just a willingness to show up honestly and take full responsibility for your growth. Everything will be guided and supported.

  • This immersive retreat is designed for men over 18 at different stages of life. It addresses common challenges faced by men, regardless of age, and provides tools for personal growth and empowerment.

  • Yes. Every man will have his own private room, either on-site at Amori Villas or in a nearby private villa (100–200m away). This is part of the integrity and spaciousness of the retreat.

  • No. The entire Amori Villas retreat centre is exclusively booked for our group.
    You won’t be sharing the space with any outside guests. This ensures a sacred, private, and distraction-free environment for your transformation. It also allows us to go deeper into the work without needing to filter or perform.

  • Flights are not included. You’re responsible for booking your own flights to/from Bali. Airport transfers to and from the retreat venue are included.

  • Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS) in Denpasar, Bali. We’ll coordinate pick-up times based on arrival windows.

  • The schedule flows between structured sessions (breathwork, men’s circles, shadow work, movement) and spacious integration time (rest, nature, massage, solo reflection). You’ll be supported, but never rushed.

  • Your spot is non-refundable due to the nature of the venue booking and limited spaces. However, we offer a free cancellation window until April 30. After that, your spot is transferable (pending discussion).

  • That’s completely normal and often the exact reason to say yes. This space is designed to be safe, sacred, and deeply respectful. Brotherhood is one of the most healing parts of the experience.

  • Absolutely. These men will be a part of your tribe once the retreat finishes.

  • Yes. Payment plans are available. You can pay in full or over 2–3 monthly installments through our secure payment platform.

  • You’ll receive an email with details for the retreat. If you don’t see it in your inbox have a look in your spam folder as it sometimes lands in there.
